Your Labs Look Normal. You Still Feel Terrible. Here's Why.

Standard blood panels test for a narrow range of markers. Dark field microscopy shows what's actually happening in your living blood — and it's usually a different story.

A woman came in last month with a folder of lab results. CBC, metabolic panel, thyroid, the works. Everything normal. Her doctor told her she was fine. She could barely get through the day. Brain fog, joint pain, fatigue that sleep didn’t fix.

One drop of her living blood under dark field microscopy told a different story. Heavy fungal overgrowth. Red blood cells stacking in rouleaux formation — clumping together instead of flowing freely. Visible signs of liver stress that a standard panel isn’t designed to detect.

Her labs were normal because the labs were testing for the wrong things.

What Dark Field Microscopy Shows

Standard blood work processes your sample. Dries it, stains it, runs it through machines looking for specific markers. If the markers fall within range, you’re “fine.”

Dark field microscopy looks at your blood alive. Unprocessed. Moving. On screen in real time. You sit there and watch it with me.

The behavior of your cells tells a story that processed labs miss. How they move, what shape they’re in, what’s floating around between them. Parasitic forms, bacterial overgrowth, heavy metal deposits, immune cells that are overactive or inactive — all visible at 1000x magnification while the blood is still living.

Why Doctors Don’t Do This

Standard medicine runs on standardized tests. Dark field microscopy is subjective — it requires a trained eye interpreting what they see under the scope. That doesn’t fit into the 15-minute appointment model. Insurance doesn’t cover it. So it doesn’t happen.

But the information is there. And for people who’ve been told they’re fine while feeling anything but, that information changes everything.

What Happens After

The Sangreal Vitality Health Scan adds Electrophoresis and BIA testing to the microscopy. Together, they map what your body is actually dealing with. Then we stop guessing and start targeting — your SomaVeda® sessions, nutrition, supplementation, everything gets dialed in based on what we can see instead of what we assume.

Most people who come in for the scan say the same thing afterward: “Why didn’t anyone show me this before?”
